Mailboxes are usually found outside an inn, or near the bank in major cities.

All creatures have a certain respawn rate, or a rate at which they will automatically replenish or come back into the game. The rate at which they respawn will vary according to the creature. Also, some creatures will respawn at the same location, while others will respawn in different locations or in the same vicinity.

*Note: Boss mobs inside instances do not respawn without resetting the instance.

We would like to include player housing, but we are working on many other things right now and need to determine whether doing so would even be plausible.
